It's really fun to see some training video, Torin! I also looked at the post before this one and mapped out where Trout Lake is in WA. I'm up in Bellingham so I guess we are on opposite ends of the state. Nevertheless, the mountains look just as spectacular there as they do here and I'm glad we are both getting to hang out in them! Hope training continues to go well.
Training the posterior chain so important often overlooked. I cant help but notice all of the similaries between your training and "killing yourself!" Great environment, great training facility, training partners, cant ask for much more than that if you wanna train to death? I love it! That video is very inspiring!
